All alteration quotes are the final price. If Heidee's Formals encounters unseen issues with the garment that need fixing, there is no additional charge.
Heidee's Formals is not responsible for damage or soiling to the garment or dissatisfaction by the customer after the final fitting. Once the customer is 100% satisfied with the garment and they leave the studio, Heidee's Formals will do no additional repairs or alterations unless precisely due to the lack of quality done by Heidee's Formals. If any further alterations are needed, then they will be charged accordingly.
REFUND POLICY: At Heidee's Formals discretion, we provide a full refund on canceled orders minus a $35 consultation fee for a bridal appointment or minus $20 for a non-bridal appointment. Heidee's Formals will provide a refund in the original form of payment. Heidee's Formals will not give a refund if the work has already been completed.
Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Please be kind and gentle with the merchandise and send it back in its original condition and a copy of your invoice. Any signs of wear or tear (damaged), products that have been modified or altered in any way, including any stains on the fabric, cigarette odor, food odor, perfume odor, pet hair, etc., on the returned merchandise will be sent back to the sender at sender's cost and deemed FINAL SALE.
We will credit you for returns, accompanied by proof of purchase, received within 30 days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange (in-store only). For gift returns that are received within 30 days of the transaction date, you will receive an Online E-Gift Certificate for the amount paid by the sender. In addition, returns accompanied by proof of purchase, made more than 30 days after the purchase, will be credited for the item's current selling price either in the form of a merchandise credit* or as a merchandise exchange (in-store only).
Returns without a proof of purchase will be credited for the item's current selling price on the return date in the form of a merchandise credit. Merchandise without proof of purchase, with a selling price on the date of the return, deemed Final Sale, may not be returned or exchanged.
Final sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
*A merchandise credit for online returns will be issued by email as an E-Gift Certificate. Please provide a valid email address.
